My Baby Boy is 2!

On Wyatt's 'real' birthday we took him to a fun, load, crazy restaurant. Somewhere we could have a good meal, but most importantly Wyatt could be as load as he wanted and in the spotlight for his birthday, without having anyone give us the stink eye! Off to the Texas Roadhouse we went.

We made it a party with Marnier, Lori and Jason. Wyatt's moment in the spotlight was hysterical. He got to sit on a saddle while all the waitresses came over and clapped for him... he was all about it, until he had to get off and cried, "I go for a ride"!
It's hard to believe that our Lil' man is two. It seems like yesterday that I had him, yet feels like he's always been part of our lives.

Dear Wyatt,
The day you were born was one of the happiest your Daddy and I ever lived. In an instant you gave us purpose. All of the sudden what we thought was important changed, being your parents trumps all else. We were blessed with a gift from God. In these past 730 days we've laughed, loved, and felt more pride in you each moment. During your first week in the hospital we'd just stare at you in amazement. Now you're literally are running circles around us, talking up a storm and soaking in the world around you like a sponge. I can only imagine what the next year has in store for you, but one thing is for sure... we will be there to hug you everyday, wipe your tears and encourage you along the way.
Love, Mommy

Things change so quickly. Can't believe this was only two years ago.

Wyatt's 2nd Birthday Party

Birthday Boy

Wyatt's second birthday party was celebrated with family and friends this past Saturday. When he went down for his nap everything was normal... When he woke up it was PARTY TIME! This year's theme was "Bob the Builder". Thank you to everyone that helped and celebrated with us!

Lots To Be Thankful For

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving at our house with lots of family. I think Jenny said it best, we are blessed that there isn't enough room to fit us all at one dinner table. Yes, we've out grown it!

It was bitter sweet thinking that this may be the last one spent at Exton Lane, but with so many people in such a small space I think we are all excited to have a few more square feet next year.

As I look back at all these pictures of the day; the smiles, the laughter, the memories - I am thankful...

Little Ava was great on her first Thanksgiving. She was quite the little diva wearing her new bow.

My little turkey :)
